Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female worker to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, conducting client intakes, and ensuring the smooth administration of the program. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide support and care for individuals in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Complete and manage all required paperwork and documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Conduct intake assessmen
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid state licensure or certification (if applicable)
• Previous experience in addiction treatment or mental health care (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
