Coupon Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 10.12.2026

These Coupon Terms and Conditions (Coupon Terms) apply when you buy or use a coupon offered on List in Hive. They are in addition to the List in Hive Terms of Use. If these Coupon Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a coupon purchase, these Coupon Terms control that purchase.

By checking the consent box and continuing to payment, you agree to these Coupon Terms and acknowledge the Coupons Privacy Policy.

1. What a coupon is

A coupon is a prepaid offer for a service or package sold by an independent business and listed on List in Hive. List in Hive sells the coupon. The business provides the service.

List in Hive is not the service provider and is not a party to the appointment between you and the business. We do not control the business's schedule, staff, or the quality of the service.

2. Buying a coupon

You do not need a List in Hive account to buy a coupon.
The price you pay is the coupon price shown on the offer before checkout.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
The purchase is complete when payment succeeds and your customer coupon is ready.
You will receive a Customer Coupon ID. Keep it with the link to your coupon. You will need both when you visit the business.

3. Who can use a coupon

Unless the offer states otherwise:

A coupon is valid for the customer named at purchase.
It is limited to one coupon per person for that offer.
You must be 18 or older, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian, if the business requires it.
The coupon is non-transferable.

Each offer can add its own eligibility rules. Those rules are shown on the coupon Terms & Eligibility page and apply together with these Coupon Terms.

4. What is not included

Unless the offer says otherwise, the coupon price does not include:

Services, products, or add-ons that are not listed in the offer
Taxes, fees, or charges the business bills separately
Insurance billing

A coupon cannot be combined with another offer, discount, coupon, or insurance benefit unless the business agrees in writing.

5. Appointments and cancellations

An appointment is required. You schedule it directly with the business.
Schedule and use the coupon before the Valid Until date shown on your coupon.
If you do not give the business at least 24 hours' notice, the business may treat the visit as a no-show and the appointment slot may be forfeited.

6. No cash value

A coupon has no cash value.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
It cannot be resold.

7. Refunds

The coupon price is charged when you complete checkout. A refund is available only when required by law, or when List in Hive cancels the offer before you redeem it and the business cannot provide the service.

We do not refund a coupon because you missed an appointment, changed your mind after the service was available, or did not use the coupon before it expired.

8. After the offer is no longer on sale

Your coupon page and its Terms & Eligibility stay available for the life of the coupon, even after the public offer is removed from sale. Save that link with your Customer Coupon ID.

9. The business is responsible for the service

The business is solely responsible for the service it provides, including scheduling, cancellations at the location, and the quality of the work. List in Hive is not responsible for the service rendered by the business.
