Coupons Privacy Policy

This Coupons Privacy Policy explains how List in Hive collects, uses, and shares information when you browse coupon offers or buy a coupon. It applies together with the List in Hive Privacy Policy. For a coupon purchase, this policy describes the information that purchase uses.
1. Information we collect
1.1. Information you provide
When you buy a coupon, you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The coupon offer you select
You can buy a coupon without creating a List in Hive account.
1.2. Payment information
- Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- We do not store your full card number on List in Hive servers.
- We keep the payment result we need to confirm the purchase, including the amount paid and the payment status.
1.3. Coupon record
After a successful payment we create a coupon record that includes:
- Customer Coupon ID
- Purchase date and the Valid Until date
- The offer title and the business that will provide the service
- A short-lived access link so you can open the coupon after checkout
2. How we use this information
- To complete the purchase and show you the coupon
- To email the coupon and the Customer Coupon ID to you
- To let the business confirm the coupon when you arrive for the service
- To handle a refund when one is required under the Coupon Terms
- To prevent fraud and duplicate purchases of the same offer
3. Who we share it with
- The business named on the coupon, so it can schedule your visit and redeem the Customer Coupon ID
- Stripe, to process the payment
- Email delivery used to send the coupon to the address you provided
We do not sell your coupon information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep the coupon record for the life of the coupon and for as long as we need it to show your Terms & Eligibility page, respond to a support request, or meet a legal duty. The temporary link opened right after payment expires on its own. The coupon page you save stays available for the life of the coupon.
5. Your choices
To ask about the information tied to a coupon, email us with the Customer Coupon ID and the address you used at checkout. You can also read how account data is handled in the List in Hive Privacy Policy.
