   We will never request your OTP by phone, message, or any other channel.

   • Approximate location based on user-selected settings (e.g., city or area to display relevant listings)

   We do not store precise location data in our database.

3. User-Uploaded Content

Photos, images, and media uploaded to your listings are stored securely in our system so they can appear on the Platform.

When a listing is deleted, its associated media and data are permanently removed.

4. No Internal Messaging

List in Hive does not provide in-platform messaging.

Users may choose to add their own external contact methods such as email, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.

We do not access or store conversations that take place outside our Platform.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Enable essential website functions
• Analyze site performance

We may use both first-party and third-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics).

Users can manage or disable cookies from their browser settings.

Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

We will never contact you requesting your password, OTP, or sensitive identification numbers.

8. Account Deactivation and Data Retention

• Your profile becomes inactive and hidden upon deactivation.
• Your data is stored for 90 days.
• If you log in within 90 days, your account is restored.
• If not, your account and all associated data (including listings and media) are permanently deleted.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time. If you wish to delete your account or remove specific data, please contact us at support@listinhive.com with your request.

• Your account and associated data will be deactivated and hidden immediately.
• Your personal information and listings will be permanently deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required for legal or administrative purposes.
• You will receive a confirmation once your data has been fully removed.

Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. After deletion, you will need to create a new account to use our services.

10. Unsubscribing From Emails and Notifications

To unsubscribe from promotional emails or messaging:

• Contact us through the Contact Us form on the website.
• Provide your email or phone number.
• Your request will be processed promptly.

You may still receive essential account-related messages as required by law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

• We update the “Last updated” date at the top.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.
